The Panda Room kicks off again after a 2 week break (closed for good Friday) on Friday 29th April with a stellar lineup. Almost a square will be first off delivering a set of their eclectic post screamo tunes. The Brown Note Theory will be playing the 2nd set. TBNT have been absent for a while from the Panda Room stage. They have been busy refining their set, while drummer Brad Foster has been off in Sydney and Melbourne playing the Monster Sessions gig with seminal Aussie thrash band “Asylum”. Asylum played the Monster Sessions gig alongside Australian indie legends The Celibate Rifles, Kim Salmon, The Lime Spiders, The Cosmic Psychos and more. Brad was the original drummer for Asylum. Finishing off the night will be the ever popular Jobstopper. Jobstopper have been busy promoting their new “These Ones” E.P , catch up with the lads at the gig to secure your copy. Doors open 7.30pm and entry is only $10. The Panda Room is located at the Cape York Hotel, cnr Spence and Bunda st Cairns.
